1. Scope
This policy covers the public company website and its early-access form. It is not the final in-app privacy policy for Common Ground, which remains in development and is not available for account creation. Product-specific disclosures will be published before any public app release that processes user information.
2. Information you choose to provide
If you join Common Ground early access, we collect the email address you enter, the date and time of the request, the source of the signup, and the version of the consent language you accepted. The form does not ask for names, passwords, payment information, health information, or private relationship content. Please do not submit those details.
3. Cookie-free website measurement
We count aggregate page views by date and page path, clicks on selected primary calls to action and the free Argument Reset PDF buttons, and confirmed early-access form responses. These counts help us understand which public pages and resources are useful. Approved campaign labels may be recorded only when an exact allowlisted campaign link is present; unknown or malformed labels are discarded. This first-party measurement does not set advertising cookies, create a user profile, store a device identifier or email address in analytics, record the full referring URL or raw query string, or attempt to recognize a visitor across pages or devices. The site does not record these first-party events when a browser sends a Do Not Track preference. Hosting and security providers may separately process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
4. How information is used
Early-access information is used to manage the interest list and send occasional Common Ground development, testing, availability, and release updates. Aggregate page counts are used to improve site navigation, content, and product communication. Technical logs may be used to deliver the site, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and comply with applicable law.
5. Email choices
Joining early access is optional and does not create an app account. Future promotional or release emails will identify Infinity Intelligence as the sender and include a clear way to stop receiving them. You may also ask to be removed through a verified channel on our Contact page. We will not require information beyond what is reasonably necessary to process the request.
6. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell email addresses or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be processed by providers that host, secure, maintain, or deliver the website and future email communications on our behalf. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
7. Retention and security
Early-access records are retained while the list remains relevant or until a removal request is processed, subject to limited records needed to honor opt-out, security, or legal obligations. Aggregate measurements may be kept for historical comparison. Infrastructure logs follow provider-controlled retention periods. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted website delivery, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
This website and early-access list are not directed to children under 13. Common Ground is being developed as an adult relationship-communication product.
9. Your requests
You may ask a privacy question or request access, correction, deletion, or removal from updates through the verified channels on our Contact page. We may need to verify a request before acting. Do not send identity documents or private relationship content unless a verified support process specifically requires and protects that information.
10. Third-party links
This site links to social platforms and reference materials operated by third parties. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the website and products evolve. The effective date identifies the current version. Material app-specific disclosures will be published before they take effect. Use the official channels on our Contact page for questions.
